SEBEV Search & Rescue often uses specially trained Search Dogs to support the searching for lost or missing persons.

SAR dogs are one of the most powerful tools in the Search Managers arsenal and are used extensively by Police Services and SAR teams as a search resource.

Berkshire SAR Dogs are the nearest team to SEBEV but there are many others belonging to Lowland Search Dogs or the (National) Search & Rescue Dog Association.
